I love sugar and pastries and foods that aren't good for me. I am going to keep a photo log of each food that I really want to eat (and usually do) instead of eating it. Maybe it will help me stop eating really gross things. At least it's helped me eat one less cookie already. Don't worry, I won't constantly cross-post to LJ.
